Then, on 17 November, Microsoft offered Build 14965 to Windows 10 Mobile users on the Slow Ring and it turns out that is the the first Windows 10 Mobile Redstone 2 build provided to those testers.

That same day Microsoft released Build 14971 to Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring and introduced a couple of new features and removed one added several builds earlier including the rumored Office Hub. On 16 November Microsoft made two build related moves by first pushing Build 14965 to the PC Slow Ring - the first Slow Ring Build update since Build 14931 was moved to Slow Ring on 05 October. There were a few moves with Fast and Slow Ring builds this week so lets run down all of them real quick. Note : If you are connecting RasberryPI 2 to VGA monitor, you may need to change the “hdmi_group” configuration value to 1 from 2.(Default it will be 2).It has been a busy week for Windows 10 Redstone 2, aka the Creators Update, as we now have the latest Slow Ring testing bits available as an ISO download for testers. Once the device has booted, the DefaultApp will launch and display the IP address of your RasberryPI 2. Windows 10 IoT Core will boot automatically after connecting the power supply. Now you can put the SD card to RasberryPI 2. Failing to do this can cause corruption of the image. Click on the Safely Remove Hardware icon in your task tray and select your USB SD card reader to safely remove it from the system.

Select the SD card you want to flash and then provide the location of the ffu (C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft IoT\FFU\RaspberryPi2). The tool will enumerate devices as shown.
